Using Our Services Means That You Have Agreed To Abide By Our Network Rules & Policies - Using our network is not your right, it's a privilege!

User  Guidlines:

 

1) Please do not abuse the services provided. Abuse meaning; registering too many nicknames, channels, or even sending too many services commands to the network. If found doing so, you can be banned from the network. 2) No channel/server advertising, No pornography, and no flooding of any kind. 3) We demand that you respect the differences of other users, and please refrain from any type of behavior that may offend another user. 4) Do not ask for any Operator status, if we need one, we'll ask you! 5) You may create any channels you wish, but channel to channel spamming is prohibited. And channels that cause a problem to users/other channels/network will be removed. 6) If you are faced with any situation related to the network, and need assistance, you may join #help, and ask your question, and await response. You'll find all the operators/administrators on this channel. 7) If you create a channel, you can have your own channel rules. But remember those rules must be in agreement with the network policies. Hence if on that channel, a Founder/Op is caught abusing the network rules, an IRCOP/Admin can intervene. 8) Cybersex is prohibited on the main channel. Doing so on private messages is your own business. 9) You are allowed a maximum of 3 connections from your IP on our network, therefore please be sensitive to fast joins to the channel, or fast nick changes, which are prohibited. 10) Using our network is not a RIGHT! So remember that you can always be removed or banned, but not without a cause.

Moderator  Guidlines:

1) Be polite and respectful. 2) Have fun, but avoid excessive use of profanity, because not every user is cool with it. 3) Do not insult or ridicule a user. Have patience with typos, new comers, and users who ask too many questions. 4) Remember that this network is an international network, and for most, english is a second language, therefore do not criticize, and or misinterpret. 5) Always be sensitive to the fact that you were once a normal user before you gained Operator status. 6) Always when entering the channel, read the Global log-on news, topic or new memos. You might have news! 7) Do not repeat yourself, flood (which includes all types, excessive characters, codes and caps), and paste URLs on the channel. 8) Channel settings, including addition of new SOP/AOP/HOP are sole rights of the channel founder. You may recommend someone as a channel operator, by requesting the founder or an administrator. 9) Topic abuse (useless information, insult to another user) is strictly prohibited. 10) Be receptive to people of different cultures. Respect their views, culture, race, sex and religion. 11) All channel OPs are welcome to idle on #Help, and assist users! But note that, general discussions are not allowed. 12) Recognize and respect other staff members, specially network staff. 13) Always give the user a benefit of the doubt, by warning via private messaging, or a notice. And suggest they read the network policy mentioned at the top of this page. 14) OPs to OPs kicking/banning will be taken up seriously by the administration, and do not argue with another OP in the main channel. 15) Do not kick or ban users for a personal cause, or even on request by another user. A kick/ban should always be attached with a reasoning message. 16) Please refrain from mass commands.

Warning: We advise you not give your personal information: real name, phone numbers, address...etc! People only know what you tell them! And be careful accepting files from persons other than your friends.
